Yep! Bay Park is more popular than ever. We were even voted San Diego’s “Favorite Neighborhood” in the recent Union Tribune Poll so it’s no surprise that Bay Park home prices are up and  in very high demand. In fact, the average Bay Park home sold in 2016 accepted an offer in just 10 days!

At the close of 2016, our median home sale price is up another 7% over 2015! We have surpassed pre-crash prices. Those waiting for a balloon may be disappointed as homebuyers are carefully scrutinized by lenders and more savvy than before. Most buyers select fixed-rate loans having learned painful lessons from the foreclosures and short sales of years past. When interest rates rise, we’ll likely see a slight correction but not an all-out drop.
